Pumps are heavy-duty construction, designed to operate at depths of 20 metres with special versions available for depths to 200 metres.

Hidrostal immersible pumps are a versatile, innovative development of the established submersible range. Capable of contiuous operation in a dry installation, the immersibles may be operated, with equal efficiency, when fully or partially submerged.

All immersible pumps can, of course, also be operated dry. As a result, a separate motor installation and long propeller shafts become unnecessary. The on-site adaptations are reduced, and the motors run quieter. In case of immersion, they continue to run, and are accessible for service and maintenance.

The overall cost – related to service life – is an important factor in the detail layout of the optimal pump. The HIDROSTAL bearing frame, whose construction is designed for the heaviest loading, and thereby the minimum shaft deflection, decisively extends the service life of the pump.
